Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026. Please review these contractual terms governing enrollment and participation in educational programs offered by Glow Layer Hub Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any cohort workshop, reserving a private mentorship seat, booking an audit clinic, or accessing educational materials provided by Glow Layer Hub Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of an institution or trading group, you represent that you hold full authority to bind that entity.
2. Nature of Services & Educational Disclosure
All workshops, chart clinics, written manuals, and 1-on-1 consultations provided by Glow Layer Hub Ltd. are purely educational in scope. Our curriculum trains participants in the historical geometry of price charts, multi-touch trendline drafting, and market structure analysis. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor do we manage capital or execute live trades on behalf of participants. All market decisions remain the sole responsibility of the individual chartist.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary curriculum outlines, slide decks, annotated chart archives, video recordings, and written training manuals delivered during our courses are the exclusive intellectual property of Glow Layer Hub Ltd. and Park Minjae. Enrolled participants receive a personal, non-transferable license to review materials for individual study. Redistribution, commercial resale, public broadcasting, or re-publishing of course content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Classroom Conduct & Cohort Etiquette
We maintain focused, collaborative cohort environments. Participants are expected to complete weekly chart assignments, engage constructively during live clinics, and respect the intellectual privacy of peer chart reviews. Glow Layer Hub Ltd. reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive, abusive, or commercial promotional behavior without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
Financial markets carry inherent volatility and risk of capital loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, Glow Layer Hub Ltd., its instructors, and founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from trading decisions or market actions executed by participants following course attendance.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising from participation in our programs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). The district courts of Ulsan, South Korea shall hold exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
