Tuition Refund & Rescheduling Policy

1. Cohort Workshop Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Because our 4-week cohort workshops are strictly capped at 12 participants to ensure intensive individual feedback, the following refund schedule applies to all cohort enrollments:

• Notice Given 14+ Days Prior: 100% full tuition refund, less a 5% administrative bank processing fee.
• Notice Given 7 to 13 Days Prior: 70% tuition refund or 100% credit transfer to the subsequent monthly cohort.
• Notice Given Less Than 7 Days Prior: Cohort fees become non-refundable as reserved seats cannot be filled on short notice. However, you may transfer your enrollment to a future date at no additional fee.
• After Workshop Commencement: Once Week 1 live sessions have begun, tuition is non-refundable.

2. 1-on-1 Mentorship & Audit Clinic Rescheduling

Private 1-on-1 coaching sessions and 90-minute Structure Review Clinics may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the booked appointment without charge. Rescheduling requests received with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 studio re-booking fee. In the event of a client no-show without prior written notice, that session is forfeited.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Commenced Work

The following services and deliverables are non-refundable once initiated:

• Completed 50-trade forensic trade log audits where customized analytical reports have already been prepared and delivered.
• Physical printed binders and annotated chart compendiums that have already been dispatched via tracked courier.
• One-on-one consultation time that has already been conducted.

4. Instructor Cancellation or Rescheduling

In the rare event that a live cohort session or private consultation must be postponed due to instructor illness or emergency, a makeup session will be scheduled within 7 calendar days at a mutually agreeable time. If a participant cannot attend the makeup date, a pro-rata refund for that specific module will be issued promptly.

5. Refund Request Process & Processing Time

To submit a formal refund request:

1. Email info@glow-layerhub.click with the subject “Tuition Refund Request — [Your Full Name]”.
2. Include your original enrollment confirmation number and the reason for your cancellation.
3. Our administrative team will review your request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
